When approached by eBay to create comprehensive brand training for their worldwide team, we embraced the colossal challenge. With the goal of unifying the entire organization, we began crafting an internal resource designed to educate, engage, and captivate. Collaborating closely with a leading global e-commerce player, we utilized decades of historical insights to develop an engaging Brand Training Platform. This platform narratively explores a brand's journey across past, present, and future, addressing three key groups: consumers, employees, and executive leadership.
